Paid $370.00 lawful money of Virginia for 48 acres of land in Pittsylvania County on both sides of the Turnpike Road and bounded as follows:

        Beginning at Eanes corner red oak near the road:
        1. South Eanes line.
        2. N8.5W 68 poles to a new corner chestnut in Eanes
        3. S70E 152 poles a new line crossing the road and a Branch to Divins corner red oak
