        Mary Bigger by her Letter filed relinquishes her right to the administration of the estate of

        her late Husband Jame Bigger Deceased, to Robert Devin, who took the oath by Law,

        required and together with Arron Hutchings his Security, entered into and acknowleged

        their bonds in the penalty of fifteen Hundred Dollars, Conditioned as the Law directs,

        Certificate is granted him for obtaining Letters of administration on the said Decedants estate

        in due form.


        Ordered that Jonathan Thomas, William Elliot Senr. [Greg] Thomas and Edward [Long]

        [bush] or any three of them being first Sworn as the Law Directs do appraise in Current money

        the personal estate of James Bigger Deceased and reprt thereof to the Court
