    • Title Land Grants of Warren/Allen County, Kentucky
      Author Jeffer, Adrian
      Source ID S67443

    •  Notes
      • [Excerpts submitted by Michael J. on 12.Feb.2002.]
Mentions Bethlehem Church and Logan, Hightower, and Devin. [Note: Jeffers refers to Devin as Devine, also, which is confusing because there are (other?) Devines in Allen County. But, in terms of land, he references Alexander Devin’s [Devine] “200 acres on Sulphur of Drakes Creek, 8 August 1799.] Because these three plots of land—Logan’s, Hightower’s, and Devin’s—fell outside the area Mr. Jeffers was researching, he talks a great deal about the three, but doesn’t plot where their land was located.
