Mildred Wade Carter, who married Anderson Wade in 1799 5. John Carter Waddill died in 1782 and Mildred remarried in 1790 to Robert Anderson. Apparently, Robert Anderson died in 1802 and Mildred Anderson remarried http://oliverdreams.tripod.com/AnnWaddill.html From Joyce Hetrick Waddill Carter-4, died about 1782 in Prince Edward County. He married Mildred Wade and had a daughter, Nancy Carter-5, who married John Bissequ in 1786. Her marriage bond mentioned that her father was deceased. His will was executed April 6, 1782, and probated in July, 1782. His other children were James Carter-5, Theodorick Carter-5, John Carter-5, and at least two other daughters.
