- He was in Hull, MA for a time, about 1647, although he didn't seem to have any property there, according to an article about Hull. He is listed as being in Hingham in 1637 and his land there, abutted that of Thomas Barnes. He was called a cooper on 1 Sep 1640, when he bought five acres of land in Hingham from Thomas Shave. On 10 Jul 1647, Thomas Hett of Hull, cooper, late of Stockingham in Lincolnshire, gave power of attorney to Ephraim Child of Watertown to rent his house in Stockingham to Henry Taylor, with power to sell. He was called Thomas Hett, Sr., cooper, when he died in Charlestown in 1668.
