      • Amarilla was the daughter of Elijah Peck and Sarah Bradley. They had moved to Mount Holly from New Haven, CT and Elijah continued his work as a blacksmith. Amarilla's gr, gr, gr-grandfather, Henry Peck, was one of the original settlers of New Haven, CT coming there by June 1639 from England. Many of her other ancestors were also among the earliest settlers of New Haven Colony, also coming from England in the 1630s.
      • In some histories, Amarilla is listed as being born in Cheshire which is also in New Haven County, CT.
