I am looking for some kind of proof of the marriage of Margaret Carter b c1740 in Halifax, NC. She married John Mallard in 1761. Her father was William Carter of Henrico and mother Deliliah. Wm's father was Giles b 1680 in Henrico and mother Mary Povall.
