Pursuant to an Order of said Court directed to us James Black and John
Miller two of the acting Justices of the Peace of said County to
settle the guardianship of James T. Sandford guardian of the heirs of
William Turner, deceased we find on settlement due from said heirs to
said guardian since his last settlement up to his date the sum of
eighteen dollars and a further sum due said guardian from said Hiers
on his last settlement the sum of four hundred and seventeen dollars
found (? pound) and 1/2 cents making the whole due from said heirs of
William Turner, deceased to their guardian James T. Sandford the sum
of four hundred and thirty five dollars found (? pound) and 1/2 cents
which is due said guardian at this date, all which is submitted to
your Worships. July the 22nd 1819 (or 1814)

On page 246 of the Maury County Deed Books 1807-1817, book "F" its
says:
"Tripartite made January 14, 1815 between William Yancy, administrator
of the estate of William Turner, deceased, of the first part, Dabney
Wade and Nancy his wife, formerly Nancy Turner, widow and relict of
the said William Turner, of the second part and Anthony I. Turner, of
the third part. Nancy Turner and Dabney Wade are indebted to Yancy,
the administratior. Make Trust Deed to Anthony I. Turner. Wit: P.R.
Booker, John M. Goodloe signed by William Yancy, adm. Estate of
William Turner, Dec'd, Dabney Wade and his wife Nancy Wade, A.I.
Turner On page 284 of the Maury County Deed Books 1807-1817, book "D"
its says: Dabney Wade - Rubin Smith, Guardian for Sarah Wade, recorded
26 June 1827. In July 1822, Smith was solicited by Mrs. Nancy (Turner)
Wade, relict of Dabney Wade, deceased to take guardianship for her
daughter, Sarah Wade. Jacob Scott was administrator of estate of
Levisey Wade, deceased, from whom the Little Legacy was to paid me as
guardian in October. Between July and October court the child died and
Scott refused to pay saying he did not know to whom the legacy should
go. Smith asks court to appoint commission to make settlement.

To my wife's sister Winney Poynor one two yr. old cow heifer. To my brother Edward Tinney who is now in defence of his country one sorrel horse and saddle provided he lives & returns home from the service, and if he does not return to remain the property of my wife.
