Buntin on Cabell street was the scene of a marriage of interest to the friends of the young couple Sunday afternoon last at three o'clock when Miss Elmo Poteat* of this city became the bride of Ernest L. Toler, of Blanch, N. C. The ceremony which was witnessed by several intimate friends of the young couple was performed by Rev. J. Clyde Holland. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Poteat of Caswell county, N. C. The groom, who is a young farmer, is the son of
      Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Toler.** Immediately following the ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Toler left for Blanch, N. C., where they will reside.
