Notes |
- Abstracted by David Devin on 14.April.2002 from file # 029-0283.tif found on the Library of Virginia Digital Library web site. Survey must have been done when the Bannister River was still part of Lunenburgh County. However, at the time of the Patent recording, the Banister River area was part of Halifax County. This abstract is included because it is referenced by Devin land surveys and William Devin, Sr. later acquired this plot.
