Know all men by these presents that we Alexr Devin & Edw.d Nunnelee --- are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Virginia in the Sum of fifty pounds to Which payment well and truly to be made we bind ourselves our heirs Exors and Adm.rs firmly by these presents Sealed with our seals and Dated 18th day of July 1791 Whereas there is a marriage Depending and Sudenly intended by gods permifsion Between the above bound Alexr Devin and Suekey Nowling Now the Condition of this Obligation is Such that if there is no lawfeull Cause to Obstruct the Said Marriage then the above Obligation to be Void else Remain in full force & Virtue Alexr Devin {seal} Edwd Nunnelee {seal} In the Presence of
