- Nannie Kate was called "Nannie" as a child. She appears on the census record as Nannie. As an adult, she is remembered as, Kate, visiting her sister, Ruth (Marlowe) for month-long visits during the summers, when grandchildren, Irene and Wayne (Marlowe) visited their grandmother Ruth Reynolds (Marlowe) who lived next door; (on the next farm 'down the road'.)
Nannie Kate married Johnnie Motley and had children, one, whose name was Fairy.
Leveria "Leanna" Ann Reynolds, d/o Bart and Nannie Reynolds, sister of Nannie Kate married H.G. Motley, brother of J.L. According to her sister's Bible record, Leanna died in 1904; before either of her parents. She was married to H. G. Motley on June 23, 1898 "at the appointed place" by W.S. Minter
