In 1807 he deeded slaves, furniture and livestock to his daughters Susanna McClasson and Doshey McGlasson and their children. He gave Sanford a tract on Sycamore Creek and Robert Womack (his son-in-law) a tract on Roaring Run and Holley's Mill Run. He also gave his children Frankey, Nancy and Thomas slaves and other personal property. His son Francis received the home property which was deeded to him in 1811.
