- He was probably Mary's father, as he was another Groton "Planter". He had come first to Lynn, MA by 1637 with his wife and daughter's, Mary and Hannah. He had several other children after coming to the new country including, Timothy II who also came to Groton. Another sister, Rebecca, married Adam Gould, who was also an early resident of Groton.
