He was a private in Co. B, 47th WI Inf. from 20 Jun 1865 - 4 Sep 1865 according to the 1890 special census. His address was Auroraville, allthough he was living in Leon on the 1885 and 1890 censuses of Waushara County, WI. No record of a marriage has been found and he was listed as single on those censuses.. He may have moved to Wood County, WI after his brother, Wilmer, died as there is property shown on a land map of 1895, as being owned by an A. B. White near where Delia White still owned land. Walburga White had a picture of an A. B. White in her collection that may have been taken on a farm in Wood Co. He would have been her husband's uncle, and looks like he was in his 60s or 70s when the picture was taken.
He was living in Leon Twp, Waushara County, WI in the 1890 Veteran's Schedule on the Census. His PO Box was at Auroraville at that time. He may have also died there.
He was a Private in Co. B, of 47th WI Inf. from 20 Jan 1865 thru 4 Sep 1865 and served for 7 months and 14 days.

Died near Pittsville, Wood Co.?, WI.

      Notes
      • They were married in Wallingford, which is just west of Belmont (formerly Mechanicville) which is in the west side of Mount Holly township. There is a church still in Wallingford, as of late Oct 1996, which could have been where they were married. The Whites were living in the Belmont area, but it has not been determined where the Patches were living. There were some Patch families in the Ludlow area, just east of Mount Holly, township. Some of this White family lived in that area also, along with some unrelated White families.
