Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Prospect United Methodist Church, of which he was a member. Holt was a native of Caswell County and a retired farmer. Surviving are brothers, Judson G. Holt of Yanceyville, Jim Holt of Julian, sister, Mrs. Mabel Smith of Danville, Va.; half-sisters, Ms. Juanita Cook of Greensboro, Mrs. Peg Williams of Wisconsin.
