Devin descendant, Stanley Wayne Devin, passed away at 1:30 a.m. on Dec. 4, 2014. He was the last living child of Ira & Oleta Devin.

! Nancy Virginia Alexander is noted in two places in the Devin-Dessa book. She
is listed on p 39 as being the daughter of David Nowlin Alexander, son of
Virginia Devin and John Alexander. Nancy Virginia Alexander is shown to have
married James Harrision Devin (his second marriage) and that they had four
children: John, David, Watson, & Cordelia. (see p 38).
She is also shown (p 39) to have married a Mr. Elliot. It states that "The
Elliot Devins had children: 1) John 2) David 3) Watson 4) Cordelia."
There is some confusion regarding this matter as to whether there are indeed
two families of the same first names or there is something of an adoption.
