He was appointed constable in 1796 and justice of Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions. Moved to Gibson County, Indiana where he married his second wife, Elizabeth DEVIN Clement. They moved to Washington County, Indiana where he made his will; leaving his property to his daughter Sarah. (JNT email 19981006)
