Lunenburg Deed Book #1, p. 380; 1 Oct 1748; from William Wynne of L. to John Burk of L., in consideration of the performance of certain articles herein contained, has leased to John Burk, for the term of his natural life and the natural life of his wife, Mary, 400 acres with an improvement on a branch that's known by the name Wolftrap, and also William to deliver to John on the said plantation, as many cattle with what Burck should bring therein as should make him 5 milk cows that shall give milk, in consideration of which, John will remit half of what he raises on the said
