6 April 1858. Circuit Court. Nancy Eggleton, Pliff., Against George
Eggletons heirs &c, Defts. . . . with the exception of Michael Eggleton,
Gay F. Eggleton & Silas Minter - defendants failed to appear . . . Nancy
Eggleton is entitled to dower rights in land, property and slaves that were
sold - value to be determined.
Circuit Court for the County of Henry at the Court House thereof on Friday
the 2nd day of September 1859, as a Court of Chancery. Nancy Eggleton,
Plaintff against Benjamin F. Gravely Ececutor of the last will and

Eggleton children of Joseph Eggleton deceased, Lucy A. Stultz, Silas
Minter, Jr. and William Eggleton, Peyton Eggleton, Nathan Eggleton, Jno.
Eggleton & Eliza Eggleton, said Wm., Peyton, Nathl., John & Eliza, children
of Nathl. Eggleton, dec'd., children of Jane Mathews whose names are
unknown, children of Milly Mathews whose names are unknown, James Compton &
